A Little About Us
Caribbean Girls Who Blog (CGWB) was started on Twitter by Tamara and Nia who noticed a lack of spaces connecting and celebrating Caribbean content creators. We simply tweeted the hashtag #caribbeangirlswhoblog, secured Twitter & Instagram accounts, and a movement was born. The response was overwhelming. Girls from all over the world responded with such excitement and pride!

Our Island Vibes
Nia was born in Grenada but at 12 years old, she migrated with her family to Brooklyn, NY. Although she struggled to adjust to American life, she used that discomfort to propel herself academically and mentally. Today, she is a multi-passion blogger/entrepreneur by night and operational manager by day. She hopes to use the love of her culture, experience and passion to propel others to reach their blogging goals and live their very best lives.
Tamara is a recently engaged, introverted millennial from the tiny island of Barbados. Besides her love of chai-tea lattes, she is a fashion entrepreneur, freelance writer, and an unashamed dog mom. She is a natural-born hustler and loves inspiring other women to live colorfully.
Terri, reppin' Bermuda, is a writer by birth, at heart & by talent. Ever since she was a little girl, she has had an entrepreneur's spirit and promised herself she would create a lifestyle that she was to proud to share with others and happy to live. She is an avid lover of Caribbean culture, and as a result, she has partnered with, contributed to, and created with various Caribbean-inspired brands.
Crista is the resident Bahama-mama who has an ever-burning fire to learn and uncover anything about her culture. A self-admitted style and carnival junkie, she expresses herself through her blog and has partnered with many Caribbean brands. Most of all, she values her relationships, loves her two cats and always strives to live the best life she can while inspiring others.
